Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post and, if you want to, add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s posts (typically put up midnight EST on Tuesday) so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It’s a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.
This weeks TTT is about 10 bookish items I wouldn’t mind Santa leaving under my tree, in place of books. So if for some reason Santa couldn’t lug all those heavy books around, here are the 5 bookish items I would replace them with.
1) Satan’s Saints t-shirt
. This shirt is from the Cainsville Series
by Kelley Armstrong and I just must have it. I’ve been trying to get my hands on every KA shirt I can, so I need to add this shirt to my collection.
2) A Weasley Jumper
. Seriously, show me a Harry Potter fan that doesn’t wish they could receive one of Mrs. Weasley’s jumpers for Christmas.
3) Crooked Kingdom cards. I want these bad boys so bad, but the only way to get them, as far as I am aware, is to trade people and I have nothing to trade.
4) Morgana art print
. Mostly because I love horses, but also because Maggie Stiefvater.
5) My wand. I’d love a one of a kind wand based on the wand I was given via Pottermore. I feel like this wand is very me.
So these are the top 5 things I’d love to find under the tree if I couldn’t receive books from Santa. What would you like to find? Leave it in the comments below!
